I hope you are having a good break and enjoying national holiday. Thank you very much for organizing our trip. It was very well organized and your guides and driver were very helpful.

1. The Gorge stream cruise in Yangtze river was a “wow” factor for us. The Great wall and terracotta warriors have been well publicized and it was as expected. Therefore it does not make a wow factor.

2. In your original program you mentioned the guide Mandy for Beijing. But we had Ruth for first 2 days and Cherie for following 2 days. If I have to rank the guide , Ruth, Cherie and Tibet guide Lhamo. All 3 were excellent with local knowledge, polite, caring and accommodative. All of them went extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The driver in Beijing called Jack again went extra mile to help us.

3.The hotel in Xian was best. Shanghai & Lhasa hotel were average but we did not like Beijing hotel. The Beijing hotel corridor & linen stinks of fish and its decor has passed its age. The breakfast in all the hotel were average. The meals (Lunch) in all the selected hotel was good & delicious.

4. Fast train was a good experience. The suggestion would be the railway station is busy place and guide is not allowed on platform. We have to depend on porter and their service is variable.

5. China is a fabulous country. It is clean and well organized. People are friendly. It is lot better than projected in western media. Yangtze cruise was a good experience and relaxing. The rest of the trip was as expected.

6. I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family if they visit China. I am not keen to pass my detail to your potential customer.
