A 3-day itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Lhasa, acclimatize and visit Potala Palace.
Day 2: Visit Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and Sera Monastery.
Day 3: Visit Drepung Monastery and Norbulingka Palace.
A 4-day itinerary
Day 1: Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street.
Day 2: Explore the Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery.
Day 3: Take a day trip to the Ganden Monastery, and hike to the Yamdrok Lake.
Day 4: Visit the Norbulingka Palace and the Tibet Museum.
A 5-day itinerary

Day 3: Visit Ganden Monastery and Tsurphu Monastery.
Day 4: Visit Namtso Lake, one of the highest saltwater lakes in the world.
Day 5: Visit the Yumbulagang Palace, the first palace in Tibet, and the Tradruk Temple.
A 7-day itinerary
Day 1-3: As above.
Day 4: Visit the Samye Monastery, the first Buddhist monastery in Tibet.
Day 5: Visit the Pabonka Monastery, the most important meditation center in Tibet.
Day 6: Take a day trip to the holy mountain of Guru Rinpoche, also known as Mt. Kailash.
Day 7: Visit the Palcho Monastery and the Tashilhunpo Monastery.
It's worth noting that Tibet is an autonomous region of China, so if you're planning to travel there, you will need a Chinese visa and a Tibet Travel Permit (TTP) to enter the region. Also, being at high altitude, Lhasa is known to cause altitude sickness in some people, so it's important to take necessary precautions and acclimatize properly.
