Morning tour to Dazhao Lamasery, which is the earliest Shamanism temple built in Hohhot. The tour followed by a visit to Five-Pagoda Temple, which is named so because of the five small dagobas on the pedestal of the site.

At last, pay a visit to Hohhot Great Mosque, a place for Islam and Muslim to attend church. It is the oldest and largest mosque among the original eight mosques in Hohhot City, hence the name of the Great Mosque.

After one night sound sleep, drive to Xila Muren Grassland and enjoy a relaxing day on the grassland. With its abundance of wild flowers, Xilamuren looks like an expansive green blanket dotted with floral patterns. Sheep, horses, cattle and camels roam about alone or in herds, tended to by tribesmen in colourful native attires. Hospitable nomads often invite visitors to their yurts to share local spirits or taste their special yogurts. Try the horse riding on the grassland at the end of the tour. You will spend a night in the yurt on the grassland.

After breakfast, you will take the private transfer to Baotou. On the way, you will see a group of white architectures built on the hills. That is the Wudang Zhao Monastery, the biggest and the best preserved lama monastery in Inner Mongolia's Autonomous Region.

Take a morning tour to Meidaizhao Lamasery, where you will see lots of murals, vividly describing the political and religious development of the Jin Kingdom of Mongolia in the Ming Dynasty. Then move to Xiangshawan Resonant Sand Bay, a comprehensive desert leisure scenic area, combining sightseeing and leisure. Sliding down from the slopes of the dunes, one can hear sounds like a bugle, drumbeat, and the sound of automobile and aircraft engines, a natural phenomenon as yet unexplained.

After riding the horse on the grassland, the camel riding in the desert cannot be missed. It is a good way to experience the nomad life.

Today is your departure day. Before leaving, take a morning tour to Genghis Khan's Mausoleum in Ordos. Genghis Khan is a Mongolian hero, who reunified the chaotic Inner Mongolia prairie and led his people to be a great civilization and made great contributions to the founding of the powerful Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) and the unification of China. Continue touring Kangbashi District to visit Mongolian Chess Square, the Asian Art Center Square and Ordos Museum to get to know the local culture and history.

After lunch, the driver and guide will transfer you to the airport for your flight to next destination. The guide will help you with the airport check-in. Wave your goodbye at the airport check-in gate.
